Heritage Building Restoration in Vancouver, by Omer Arbel

This is a restoration and seismic upgrade project completed by Omer Arbel. The building that received this special attention was a historic one, located on 46 Water Street in Gastown district, Vancouver, Canada.

Also enjoying a makeover was a loft in the building, which got a completely new interior design. Plenty of light floods the apartment through generous skylights, making this a very lovely place to live in. The design is based on the contrast between the old history of the building and the new, contemporary elements of every interior space.
