Espace St-Denis is a condo, integral part of a triplex in Montreal, Canada. It was designed by Anne Sophie Goneau, who was mandated to divide each living area in order to maximize while still preserving the architectural integrity of the location.
An overview over the condo is given right from the entry, from the semi-closed hall. The private area is distinguished from the common space by the fact that the bedrooms and the bathroom are glossy white epoxy.
The different shades of color are beautifully mixed, starting with the glossy black kitchen cabinets and the electrical appliances.
The window provides natural light in the room while still preserving the intimacy of the space.
