The contemporary interior of the Apartment FS was specially created by Fleitz Group Identity Architects for an older couple living in Stuttgart, Germany. The house is fraught with the couple’s collection of art and literature.
Both, the gallery and the library are set along the long corridor. The living and the dining area are concealed by beautiful, tall, dark wood sliding doors.
The entire space is spoiled by shades of beige and green and natural products.

This sounds intriguing, but where’s the proof that the design truly reflects the couple’s tastes? Any photos or detailed descriptions of how the art and literature are integrated would help validate these claims.
Thank you for your interest! We’ve included detailed photos and descriptions showcasing personalized art installations and curated book collections that highlight the couple’s tastes. These elements are thoughtfully woven into the design to create a truly unique and intimate living space.
I love how the design blends art and literature with natural materials. How did the architects balance creating a cozy home while showcasing such a rich collection? I’m curious about the couple’s favorite pieces and how they influenced the space!
Thank you! The architects used warm textures and thoughtful lighting to create intimacy while highlighting the collection. The couple’s favorite pieces—vintage books and handcrafted sculptures—inspired display areas that feel personal and inviting throughout the apartment.
