In order to meet the clients’ demands for modernism and integrate the home seamlessly into the Coral Gables classic historical style, the front of the house boasts two restrained stone-clad volumes that are masked using appropriate materials so that it wouldn’t stand out or demand any particular attention. However, things change dramatically once we reach the rear part of the abode, where we encounter nothing but the most modern and high quality materials available. Numerous outdoor terraces as well as a swimming pool tempt with memorable moments of fun and relaxation, while glass walls blur the boundaries between the indoor and outdoor living areas for a plus of spaciousness and comfort.
