The Coolum Bays Beach House located in Queensland, Australia was designed by Aboda Design Group. It’s a refined, cleaned line and modern home with a dramatic street presence, specially designed for a family.
When designing the house there were taken into consideration the difficult site constraints such as topographical constraints, height limit limitations and steep cross fall.
Because steel was used in the structure of the roofs, the weather cover was excellent maintained and uninterrupted views were kept.
There’s no need for air conditioning due to the placement of the highly operable windows that ensure year round cross ventilation.
