The Prefabricated Passive House is an H-shaped villa on one level with large picture windows, which was built on a 17,000 square meter plot by Stephen Nickel in Germany, and then he shipped it to Mallorca.
It features 400 square meters of living space which includes the entrance hall with piano, a modern fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a master bedroom with dressing room, a bathroom en suite, a spa with sauna, a shower and a Jacuzzi, an office room, guest WC and a utility room. The living room is separated by the dining room through the fireplace.
Among other facilities, the house boasts underfloor heating, insulated exterior walls, aluminum double glazed windows and siding elements, lush bathrooms and also a fully equipped kitchen.

This sounds impressive, but is there any proof of its energy efficiency or certifications? Large windows can cause heat loss, so I’d like to see data backing the passive house claims before getting convinced.
Thank you for your question! Our prefabricated Passive House meets rigorous Passive House Institute certification standards, ensuring exceptional energy efficiency. Large windows are triple-glazed with insulated frames, minimizing heat loss while maximizing natural light. We’re happy to share detailed performance data upon request.
