Luxurious Sharifi-ha House In Tehran, Iran

The extraordinary Sharifi-ha House can be found in Darrous, Tehran, Iran, and it was designed by architect Alireza Taghaboni from Nextoffice. Completed in 2013, the residence occupies 15,000 square feet of space and was put together by a large team that consisted of several associates, supervisors and consultants. The exceptional revolving room system that is a part of this lavish abode was implemented by Bumat Company, while the mechanical and electrical consultancy was taken care of by Mohammad Torkamani and Hoofar Esmaeili respectively. Omid Abbas Fardi and Babak Mostofi Sadri were landscape consultants, while Sohrab Falahi was in charge of overseeing the structural design. The project associates team comprised Masoud Saghi, Hossein Naghavi, Iman Jalilvand, Fatemeh S.Tabatabaeia, Mojtaba Moradi, Negar Rahnamazadeh, Majid Jahangiri and Asal Karami. Farideh Aghamohammadi and Roohollah Rasouli were the design associates, but we should also mention Hamid Mohammadi and Amir Taleshi from Bahoor Office, as they took care of the detailing design. With Shahnaz Goharbakhsh as the senior consultant in detail and Alireza Taghaboni and Shahnaz Goharbakhsh as supervisors, the Sharifi-ha House shaped up into a masterpiece of modern design.

The abode was designed with transparency and openness in mind in order to ensure great relaxation and socialization occasions during summertime. However, since Teheran is known for its harsh winters, the main terraces of the residence can be closed down and sheltered from the frost completely during the cold season. The Sharifi-ha House has 7 floors in total, 2 of which are found underground and include the fitness and wellness facilities. The housekeeping accommodations are found on the ground floor in proximity to the garage, while the first and second floors are used for socialization and entertainment. The final 2 floors feature the private living arrangements that are beautifully decorated and outfitted with high quality amenities.

As we mentioned before, this home impresses with a special revolving room system that was created in Germany as per the owner’s request. This system ensures a high degree of versatility and is based on a series of turning boxes and foldable handrails.
