John Forgety’s Mansion Listed from $23.5 Million

John Fogerty, the American musician and former member of Creedence Clearwater Revival has decided to sell his mansion in Beverly Hills, California, United States and requested the help of The Agency to put it on sale for the price of

$23.5 million. It’s a 16,000 square foot residence, which features 9 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a two-storey entry hall, a wood-paneled library, a formal living room, a mosaic –tiled resort pool, sprawling lawns, a playground, a 4+ car garage and

much more. The grounds include one bedroom, one bathroom guest house, a living room and a kitchen.

Forgety bought the property in 2002 for $2.9 million.
