Specially designed by Andres Remy Arquitectos for a family in Buenos Aires, Argentina, the Grand Bell House proved to be extremely suited for a young couple with children who needed lots of space and comfort. The color palette used is neutral, the only existing contrast being the white color of the house with the black from the windows.
Divided into two levels, the residence offers both intimacy and entertainment. The green space in front of the house makes a nice welcoming for the guests and also acts like a connection between the living room and the rest of the house. The 19m pool is situated under the playroom volume and is definitely the attraction of this project. It can be seen from all over the house, especially form the living room where the fireplace acts like a window.
This property doesn’t have something you’ve never seen before, but all its components are specially arranged and placed under different forms.
