Bahrain House in Hamala by MORIQ

Bahrain House is located in Bahrain’s Hamala area, on a beautiful 4,308 square yard lot, of which 12,700 square feet hold the contemporary construction that you see in the pictures. Beautifully integrated into the landscape, the house has a very specific layout, in which all the important areas are situated at the periphery to take full advantage of the views, light and ventilation. The center is occupied by the service areas, including sanirary ducts, electrical automation rooms, staircases, toilets, storing spaces, etc.

When the construction was still in progress, the family became a little bigger, so the home required a few additions as well. Consequently, MORIQ built another lot of equal size.
