La Finca is a rustic home created by UXUS, a firm based in the Netherlands in 2009. Its massive structure fits perfectly with the wild terrain in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
This rustic farm from the 13th century was transformed into a secluded family holiday residence. The rough and dramatic Mallorcan terrain was the decisive factor in inspiring the La Finca’s landscape design. The property accommodates an orchard, ancient olive trees, a guest house and a 15 meter pool.
The idea of the project was to blend the existing house with the surroundings and the new construction into a perfect unitary whole.
