The Sowden House was built by Lloyd Wright, son of America’s greatest architect, Frank Lloyd Wright, for a friend, in 1926.
The end of the courtyard was embellished by two massive “water organs” before being destroyed by the earthquake in 1930. Today accommodates a large pool with hot tub. From the renovation in 2000, the house keeps a glamorous and modern aspect.
The offer for this home starts at $4,888,999.
