The Converted Barn is an 18th century barn turned into a private residence located in the village of Guiting Power, Gloucestershire, England, which achieved the perfect balance between rusticity and comfort.
This location keeps a very natural and limited palette of natural materials. The only materials used throughout the barn are stone, oak, glass and steel.
It is not divided into lots of rooms because the architects wanted to keep it open. Although now it has a new appearance, it’s not an ordinary home because it kept some of the old barn’s elements.
