The Villa Dirickz located in Sint-Genesius-Rode, Belgium, is a four-story villa designed by Marcel Leborgne according to Mr.Dirickz wishes, an art, theater and glittering lifestyle lover. Of course, you have to know exactly what you want in a house, to realize that you really want to own a castle. It was built in almost four years, from 1929 in 1933, a short time for this construction to be accomplished. After a while, the villa was sold to developer Alexander Cambron who renovated it during two years, adding four more bathrooms, an indoor swimming pool and also an elevator. The luxurious 10,700 square-foot building sits on a 5 acres lot and features 4,300 square feet of terrace. All we can say is that it impresses very much due to its grandeur, and if you feel love at first sight, you might think of buying it because it’s on sale for an undisclosed price.
