The incredible Cedar Park House was designed by a Seattle-based architect named Peter Cohan and it can be found in Seattle, Washington overlooking a gorgeous lake. Placed on a steep site, the home offers breathtaking views of the surrounding environment, and even though it is in close proximity to the aforementioned body of water, its elevated position ensures it would never be threatened physically.
The house was built to meet and surpass the most demanding requirements in comfort and luxury, boasting a modern, open plan interior with vast living areas that are flooded with natural light. Moreover, the residence was built using side-cast concrete walls and features water-collecting roofs for a plus of toughness and self-sustainability.
