Lifelike Southlands Residence by DIALOG

Southlands Residence is a beautiful home located in the heart of a mature and heavily vegetated location in Vancouver‘s historical Dunbar-Southlands neighborhood. It was designed around a grid set by a former construction. DIALOG is the architectural firm that made the project become reality.

The privacy is maintained due to the concrete walls, meticulous interior millwork objects and substantial feature skylights.

An integrated garden storage and potting area represents the access towards the private outdoor environment. The outdoor area is covered by an impressive perimeter of decks, which are also blurring the border between the indoor and the outdoor space.
