Magnolia Gardens is a modern residence, decorated in vivid and warm colors, located in Seattle, Washington, USA, which was designed by Rhodes Architecture + Light.
It was built on a foundation of a house dating from 1954, but there’s no similarity between this one and the former one.
A major advantage of this property is the beautiful southwestern view of Elliot Bay and the West Seattle peninsula, that’s why four bedrooms and bathrooms are oriented to gardens, terraces and water views.
This home’s dynamic form opens through a glass atrium to the north and through glass curtain walls to the northwest and southwest.
This house was built as a joint effort of Highland Development, Rhodes Architecture + Light, LightWire, Swenson Say Faget, Structural Engineering and Island Construction.
