Geometrized One27 Grovedale by Mick Rule and Craig Sheiles Homes

Mick Rule and Craig Sheiles Homes have designed the One27 Grovedale, a demonstration home located in Perth, Australia.

The house features a contemporary style which is bold in form and refined in composition. Its proportions are given by the textural materials mixed with clean white cubic forms.

There are several rectangular boxes which are forming the building, each providing a zoned arrangement organized around a central void and staircase.

Because of the large expanses of glass, it has been established a perfect connection between the nature and the indoors.
