The Lake House 2 was designed by the Seattle-based McClellan Architects. It is sited on a steep waterfront lot with drive access and its structure is made out of steel, being programmed as a primary residence.
It’s a single living environment that expresses the seeming dichotomy between the interior and exterior living spaces, nicely arranged round the central kitchen and hearth. The feeling of home is given by the work of master craftsmen in stone, plaster and steel.
An elevator ensures accessibility to the garage, mother-in-law apartment and to the main living floors. The upper apartment located on the green roof provides beautiful views and landscape.
