Seal Rocks House 5 is a residence with a compact design, which was completed by the Newcastle-based bourne blue architecture. It is located in Sydney, Australia and due to its position it provides amazing views over the ocean and the beach.
The house is separated into three pavilions, thing the permits more landscape to exist between the structures.
Much of the living space is positioned outside the building, in between pavilions or on the decks. All the materials that were used in designing the house are economical and corrosion resistant.
This is a typical holiday home that was built to suit the site and to offer all the facilities that a family needs during a vacation.
