Beach House CN is an outstanding contemporary residence designed by Longhi Architects. It is a two-story home composed of three distinct volumes and offering sweeping views towards the ocean. It is located on Misterio Beach, south of Lima, Peru.

The largest volume is where the social spaces can be found, in a seamless connection to the spacious terrace and infinity pool. The owner’s master bedroom is also housed in this volume, but on the second floor. The private terrace can be found at the roof level. The kids have their own separate rooms in the other volumes, where there is enough room for them and their friends to have lots of fun.
