The Park Hill can be described best by saying that this construction is a miracle of nature created by the hands of a man. It’s not every day you see a house like this one, but when that day comes you have to take your time to contemplate it. It is located in California, United States, and features 3-acres of land sited near the Chateau Marmont Hotel and Frank Lloyd Wright’s famous Storer House.
This Mediterranean style residence was built in 1921 and features, among other things, a 2-story Grand Entry connected by a 2-story Living Room that provides enchanting views of Los Angeles and a fabulous skyline.
The Main House comprises over 7,000 square feet of living space and is completed by a 2-story independent Guest House. Another Guest House was built in 2004 and functions as a private residence with bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
Its location makes it look like a double gated fortress where security is essential. Between the two guest houses there is a lagoon-style pool with waterfall joined by a beautiful landscape and small bridges over the water.
This corner of paradise is on sale for $6,925,000!
