The Splendid PH New York Apartment

PH New York is an original rooftop apartment designed by Innocad. The loft is located between the Highline Park and Meatpacking District, in Manhattan, New York city, USA.

The apartment was redesigned according to the owners’ requests. The architects created a design that meets both European and New York lifestyles, the result being a fresh and contemporary atmosphere.

The materials and colors used give a sophisticated and elegant feel to the entire flat, making it seem a comfortable retreat in the middle of the chaotic urbanity. Each room offers splendid views of the surrounding area and New York’s roofscape.
