Jade Ocean Penthouse 2 is a luxurious apartment that is located in Sunny Islands Beach, Florida. It was designed by Pfuner Design and benefits from eye-watering panoramas of the ocean due to its exceptional positioning. The designers worked closely with the clients in order to ensure that the end result would meet their expectations.

With 5,800 square feet of space and two levels, the abode is spacious, inviting and extravagant. Its interiors stand out due to a combination of high quality finishes and contemporary furnishings that draw the eye and spark the imagination. For example, eight of the ten chairs in the dining area boast cutting-edge, artful designs, while the large chandelier covering the dining table is absolutely spectacular in its own way. This home was featured in numerous design magazines and TV shows from around the world thanks to its exquisite looks and lavishness.

The 5,800 square foot 2 story penthouse is in a modern high-rise, oceanfront building in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

We wanted the space to look light and translucent but at the same time luxurious and rich… clean and modern yet inviting. We based our design decisions on the client’s taste, the architecture of the building, and the location in order to create a second residence that our Chicago client could call “his Miami home.”
