The House in Rocafort is a residence that follows the trapezoidal shape of the plot, which is located in Valencia, Spain and was designed by Ramon Esteve Studio.
This home blends futuristic elements with the more traditional style of its architecture. The greenery is the strength of the property, that’s why the focusing view is quite important.
The light is a major key of the house because its consistency depends on the proper use of the light.
Each room was provided a different character, the inside-outside transition being very important to achieve it. The space was extended by enlarging the skin of the residence to the outside.
