The house was built on top of a rocky site that offers breathtaking panoramas of the ocean and of Catalina Island.

The private living areas consist of six bathrooms and four bedrooms, while the social spaces comprise a media room, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for six. Access between the three levels is achieved via a wooden staircase and a glass elevator. State of the art 3D structural modeling was used to design a three level steel frame with cantilevered beams allowing full width views at all three levels. The 33′ frameless glass door system slides and stacks magnetically at each side.
