Studio House located in Seattle, Washington, United States, is the project of Tom Kundig, which shares his vision of purity, supported by the use of raw materials, with the help of which he has designed a dwelling that was “rooted in the past, yet predictive of the future”.
Kundig’s work is characterized by the modernist line and the carefully edited spaces.
All the spaces are opulent and balanced by the austere fixtures, while the structure soars and inspires and links the indoors with the nature through magnificent orchestrated walls of glass. Light is a very important element that is treated as the final building material.
The residence is priced at $4,995,000!
