It is a perfect home for any entertainer, as it includes a large outdoor wooden deck with a dining table for eight and a modern fire pit that creates a warm and welcoming ambiance. The outdoor dining table offers stunning views of the nearby waters and of the natural vegetation surrounding the house, while the interior dining arrangements are considerably more private.

The living room flaunts two comfortable white sofas, a flat-screen TV, two narrow floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary lighting systems. Still, the most impressive area within the YT 9 House is the main bedroom, which boasts a minimalistic design based on comfort and simplicity. It features a large bed as well as a fireplace, wooden floors and a sunken rectangular bathtub.

The bathroom is elegant thanks to its small black mosaic tiles and large mirror, while the kitchen impresses with modern appliances and generously sized cooking spaces.
