Countrified Jamberoo Farm House by Casey Brown Architecture

The Jamberoo Farm House is a country residence completed by Casey Brown Architecture in 2012 and is located on the edge of the coastal escarpment south of Sydney. It’s a family house in the North West corner of a farm complex.

It perfectly connects to the surroundings because of its impeccable design that adds a contemporary layer of history to the location.

The exterior walls illustrate the local tradition because of the local field stone and vertical Blackbutt lining boards with cover battens that were used in building them. In exchange, the interior design abounds in elegance and beauty because of the Blackbutt floors and the wall and ceiling linings which reinforce a strong timber character.

A curved veranda is unveiled by opening the large timber sliding doors of the house.
