Aidlin Darling Design created the Pablo Robles Residence located in Paso Robles, in the California wine region. Its interior emanates a cozy atmosphere due to the warm palette and the variety of textures.
Because the climate is very arid and the temperature is always fluctuating, the design of the house had to be adapted to these difficult conditions.
A covered outdoor living room is the center of all activity, supported by masonry walls. The design features deep overhangs, passive ventilation, photovoltaic electricity, solar hot water and radiant heat.
