The Magnificent September House in England

This stunning home enjoyed a lot of interest from rich potential customers, but the final battle belonged to two Russian families which instantly fell in love with the property when they saw it. Called the September House, the luxury residence is located on the Wentworth Estate in Surrey, England.

Its lavish interiors were designed by Alexander James Interiors together with Millgate Homes and they flaunt a perfect combination of coziness and sophistication. The English property was an instant success from the moment it was official put on the market. James Wyatt of the Barton-Wyatt agency said: “In my 25 years in this industry, I have never seen such strong competition for a property.”

He also added that the Russian family who eventually secured the sale was the one who had the most money to invest in the purchase. The 10,000-square-foot house was sold for £6.25 million (approx. $9.99 million).
