Fancy Z Apartment by Studio 1408

The Z Apartment is an elegant and sophisticated apartment located in Bucharest, Romania, which was designed by Studio 1408.

It’s a two-story penthouse apartment featuring over 160 square meters that is in the same time cozy and comfortable while still preserving the elegant and serious style. In order to achieve a result like this one, the architects needed to use glossy surfaces mixed with sober colors.

On the upper floor were created a set of living spaces consisting in a modern lounge area with a spacious dining area, a closed kitchen and a big terrace which provides beautiful views over the city.  In contrast, the private areas are located on the lower floor of the apartment. The home’s guest room is currently used as a home office.
