This incredibly beautiful abode represents the second House in Itaipava project signed by Cadas Arquitetura, and it can be found in Petrópolis, some 40 miles away from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This stunning two story modern residence was built for a young couple, and it features a series of modern and traditional design elements at the same time.
This lovely abode is encircled by lush vegetations, rivers and mountains, which make it a perfect place to call home for anyone who can appreciate the natural beauty and serenity of nature. Even though it is located in an area that is well known for its warm, summer days, the House in Itaipava features large balconies that ensure proper ventilation throughout all living spaces, thus eliminating the requirement of air conditioning systems.
As far as the outdoors is concerned, the front porch flaunts exquisite views of the garden while maintaining a visual connection with the swimming pool, library, dining and living room.
