The Ettley Residence is a modern seaside sculpture created by the Californian-based architects Studio 9one2. It is located near the ocean and offers views of the water and over the city.
The mid level front of the house accommodates the master suite which, because of the glass floor, overlooks the reflecting pond and the garden.
The privacy of the master and the main living spaces is provided by the growing wood slats surrounding the existing bamboo garden which gives the property a Zen like feeling.
