The Mount Baker Residence is a 3,100 square foot contemporary home completed by Seattle-based studio Pb Elemental in 2008. It is located in the Mount Baker neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, USA. Amazing views of the Rainier Valley to downtown Seattle are captured from the 400 s.f roof top deck and by the massive façade windows.
This beautiful 2,470 s.f house features four bedrooms, two and a half baths and a spacious living floor. The 12′ tall ceilings and walls of glass provide natural light all day long that simply floods the entire residence.
Its structure consists of the juxtaposition of three pure volumes, each element being emphasized by material cladding.
