The Chosun Residence makes you wanna get married, have some kids and live happily ever after. Located in Vancouver, Canada, this estate was designed by Kevin Vallely while he was in practice at the Kallweit Graham Architecture and combines modern architecture with regional elements in order to create a West Coast esthetic. This is a three-level home consisting in various special elements as you’ll further see. The first floor’s roof is made out of fir wood supported by exposed 3×10 Douglas fir rafters and huge planes of lanes of floor-to-ceiling glass providing views of the ocean and the mountains. The fact that is a grandiose construction, it offers plenty of intimacy and the warmth of a real home. Before you see the pictures, close your eyes and try to imagine it. Now open them! Do the images in your mind fit these pictures?
