Elegant Penthouse Apartment 1 by Keith Interior Design & M2K Architecture

This Penthouse Apartment is an elegant dwelling situated on top of the One&Only Hotel located in Cape Town, South Africa. It was designed by Keith Interior Design & M2K Architecture and it consists of 1365 m2 split on two levels. Almost everything can be seen from the windows, from the famous Table Mountain to the Table Bay.

The top floor is the place for relaxation where you can enjoy spacious living and dining spaces that are connected to a deck with an infinity edge swimming pool and a barbeque area.  The lower level was turned into the private area of the house and it includes 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a TV lounge, a study and a children’s area.

The warmth and the welcoming feeling created are due to the timber paneling that can be found throughout the apartment, the furniture being also a key element.
