Mandalay Beach Villas is a project that harmonizes with the natural heritage of its surroundings, which has recently been completed. It is located in KohSamui, Thailand and features the contemporary living adapted for the KohSamui experience.
Geometry is the leit-motif of this construction, the whole house being well lit due to its floor-to-ceiling windows and its strategic positioning.
All the seven villas include three bedrooms, each, and feature the perfect balance between form and function, inside and out, modern and tropical.
The interior design of the villas was designed in accordance with some principles: simplicity, neutrality and tranquility.
The beach villas were built in accordance with the specifications of a smart home, everything from lighting to air conditioning being controlled via iPhone/iPad.
