The City Beach House was built in a quiet neighborhood and provides exceptional views of its surroundings through its large floor-to-ceiling windows, which can be found on its second floor. The living room is stunning to say the least courtesy of its large flat screen TV, comfortable sofa and modern fireplace. The dining area is found nearby and boasts a large wooden table with enough seating for eight. Whenever the weather allows it, the residents can enjoy their dinners on the outdoor patio that flaunts a similar dining table as well as a lounging area and a barbecue area.
The living room is also connected to the outdoor deck, which features a generously sized swimming pool with modern illumination.
