Sketched out by Martin Dulanto and completed in 2014, Casa Maple is located in Peru‘s Asia District, and it boasts superb indoor living areas as well as fantastic outdoor decks and lounging spaces. Starting off with the indoors, the residence impresses with a mix of raw concrete finishes complemented by bold color touches of teal, green or purple. The interior walls are gray for the most part, while the furnishings are white and add a touch of minimalism and elegance.
The ceilings and some of the floors include integrated lighting systems, some of which flaunt warm light tones that balance out the cold appearance of the concrete. With the help of an interior staircase, the inhabitants are able to reach a covered patio on the roof, which features tables and chairs that can be used for gatherings or relaxation sessions. The swimming pool is also located on the roof, and it is flanked by comfortable sunloungers.
