Modern 1 Elm Court by AR Design Studio

AR Design Studio dealt with a new project consisting in a single-storey extension to a semi-detached home located in North London, UK.

This new modern contemporary extension is hidden from view, behind the façade of the existing construction. It’s a single storey annex at the rear of a 3 bedroom house and features a new kitchen, a dining/living space, a utility room, a cinema room, a WC and an office area, providing in the same time views of the garden and more natural light.

A fireplace is located in the center of the space and the under floor heating is running through the ground floor, providing a comfortable and intimate place to live in.

The new extension is a light, airy and open living environment, where traditional values are mixed with contemporary style and innovative design.
